The following is a list of some of the changes we will be implementing for your next visit:

  • Please do not come to our office sick (ex. fever, cough, any respiratory symptoms).

  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand by phone to ask some screening questions. When you arrive at the office, you’ll be asked the same questions again and will have your temperature taken.

  • We ask all patients to wear a mask/face covering and use provided hand sanitizer upon entry.

  • We ask that patients do not bring companions to their appointments when possible. One caregiver and/or parent of pediatric patients will be allowed.

  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.

  • Payment and Insurance details will be discussed over the phone as much as possible. Our waiting room will have limited seating; we will be implementing a virtual waiting room to allow patients to wait in their cars or outside the office. Please call from your car to check-in for your appointment.

  • We will look a little different due to the personal protective equipment (PPE) that we will be wearing; please know underneath it all we are smiling and are happy to see you again.

We are always here to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep everyone safe. We are working hard to reschedule appointments in a timely manner.

Thank you for being a patient in our practice, we value your trust and loyalty and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times. Stay safe and healthy and we look forward to seeing you all soon!

Sincerely,

Dr. Saroj Kumar Saha
